Because of the technology that the site is built upon is not standard HTML web pages, but rather a technology from Microsoft called Sharepoint, there are a few caveats about it's use.

Internet Explorer is best, but Firefox has been proven to work without any issues.
The Safari web browser from Apple is known to have serious issues in view the site, users of this browser should use an alternate browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer; or expect significant errors that may limit the extranet's accessibility.
Internet Connect:
High-Speed Recommended for Images and downloads, but any connection will work.
